A Hog Roast takes approximately 6-7 hours depending on the size of the pig .

There is no minimum number of people , however there is a minimum price.

This depends on the number of people , time of the year, day of the week, menu choice and location.

We will bring our own 3m x 3m gazebo , to protect ourselves against the elements.

We need a 3m x 3m level site to erect our Gazebo and serving tables.

And YES could you please provide us with a power point. A basic household one is fine.

We will bring an extension lead so distance is not a problem.

Our machine is designed to fit through a standard doorway or garden gate,
We always supply a fully qualified chef ,dressed in full uniform and an assistant to serve.
As long as is necessary, we only leave when every guest is served.
YES, we always bring a larger hog than is needed, and extra rolls too.
We are registered with Sunderland Council and all of our staff hold Level 2 food hygiene certificates, and we hold all necessary public and product liability insurances, {can be produced on request}.

We travel within a two hour drive from our base near Durham,however we will travel further at extra cost.

We require a 25% deposit to confirm booking.

We will contact you at least 21 days prior to your function,to discuss final numbers and precise timings and at this point the final payment becomes due.
